    SoCal we have to smog so if it’s not carb legal it’s no use to us (I have a 2.7 5 speed)

    No some counties like Inyo county which is not SoCal but 4 hours north near lone pine bishop don’t have a smog requirement but they do for the first time you register it. Commiefornia literally has the strictest smog in the nation
