Deleted Self-Reported service records on toyota.com

Has anyone experienced their self-reported service records being deleted from the service history page on the toyota website?

I went to add a service to mine yesterday which was the first time I have looked at the service history in several months and all of my self-reported services are gone. Only dealer stuff is left. I was able to add one yesterday so the function has not be disabled but not a happy my other stuff is gone.

I keep a separate record in an xcel file but for warranty purposes down the road wanted to keep the online record up to date as well.

I contacted Toyota to find out WTF is going on.

 

Haven't checked or put anything on mine, but let me know if you hear anything from Toyota
