    I have this too; was really noticable on a hard stop in hot weather. I had the wheels balanced and alignment, but didn't help. Maybe part the road too. No pedal vib so not likely rotors.
    It's likely part of the Driveline Vib fix-TSB 0008-14; Toyota doesn't say so outright; BUT check the last page (20) where the Last Check of the dealer fix is to "Ensure there is no vibration under deceleration". So it's likely related to the acceleration vib 15-25 mph.
    In June, I'm taking it in; figured I'd let the dealer handle a few before me as the TSB is only 6 weeks old. Plus the vib is worse in hot weather.
