i deleted my cats and i personally love it. it will be louder depending on where your exhaust is going to end. Mine dumps right before the rear axle so its pretty loud for me but i love it and i noticed i get a couple more miles a gallon on the highway. i dont have the URD MAF Calibrator so my mileage might be off compared to you if u do it.

 

My exhaust comes out at stock position. I was thinking of the Y pipe bomb because of the resonators but I actually just purchased an intake manifold spacer.

 

good luck getting it smogged here in CA with anything dealning with cat deletes. (i see you live in san diego)

Doesn't the factory Y pipe have catalytic converters?

Deleting cats in Cali is asking for trouble with the Govt. Just an fyi.

 

I'm actually moving to Nevada. All my hook ups for mechanics are here so I'm trying to get stuff done as fast as I can here.

 

Not trying to sound bad here, but still, deleting cats is technically still illegal in any state, even ones that do not have emissions standards. Deleting cats is a federal offense. Just so you know.
