Bumper looks nice! I see that all over IG. Not a fan of that rear bumper cover thing though, but that's just me. The roof rack also doesn't help with the mpgs/rpms as well too since you're fighting the wind resistance with that. Let us know how the 5.29 goes on the mega thread

Yeah 100% that rear bumper cover will not be permanent, but a place holder until I bite the bullet for a true rear bumper. It was pretty cheap, got it for like $300-400 shipped so it will protect me from Dallas drivers until then. I parked my truck out of the way from the store but someone managed to side scrape my front passenger bumper corner. Of course no note so now the damage is chopped of and got a 'replacement' front bumper

I have a cousin who moved to Dallas...I miss Lockhart's and Whataburger. Great stuff. I'd probably be 20 pounds heavier if I lived there lol.

Overall: So I got this installed at the shop where the hybrid bumper was created, actually the owner himself cut my bumper and I couldn't be happier about the finished work. Great people at Lil B's Fabrication.

Winch: The winch is a Warn 96815 VR 10-S model, definitely not the cheapest route but I'm Asian and I sure as hell don't want to rely on a chintzy winch when I need it the most. God willing I won't have to use it at all lol.

Future Projects: I also got my AvidOffroad rear bumper in. I still need to paint it and get it mounted, and I'll do that myself sooner or later. I attached what the finished project will look like.

Gearing Issue: On stock TRD Pro/Offroad automatic gear ratio driving 15 hours from Denver to Dallas on the highway back with 33in tires and bumper/winch installed, I found that cruise control is completely useless now. With cruise control on, my truck will stay around the 4k-5k RPM and never go on the overdrive gears: 5th and 6th even on flat roads at 75mph...forget about 80mph. Using my foot, once I speed up to around 85mph, let off the gas so it goes to overdrive, find the sweet spot on the pedal, then and only then I can maintain 75mph around 2.5k RPM on relative flat roads. It is a CHORE to drive, so I already ordered 5.29 Yukon. I chose Yukon over nitro because Yukon gears are a bit thicker and possibly better quality than Nitro. Honestly I think they are both great and I'm not bashing Nitro gears but I placed my money on Yukon so they will come mid Aug.

I'll list my other modifications at the bottom. Okay enough talking more pictures:

Truck: 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro - Built in San Antonio, TX. My Tacoma is more American than Ford trucks lol
Tires: BFG KO2 DT 285/75r16
Suspension: Stock TRD Pro Fox 2.5in nonadjustable with Revtek 427AP Suspension Lift Kit 1.5 in. Front/1.25 in. Rear Add-A-Leaf Suspension Lift Kit
Miscellaneous: Prinsu Rack without light bar cutout, Diamondback Cover HD, Caliraised LED pods as ditch lights, raptor style amber grill lights
