I think what they mean is that you can run the 56503's with a 2.5" lift, but they are not optimal for people who offroad a lot. I would guess the 56503's on a leaf pack driven on the road all the time, probably doesn't make a huge difference. I'll call and double check, and post up when I find out, so we know for sure.

Really interested in Icon stage 2 from what I've read 2016 is almost identical to previous models. I can also pick up as well not too far from Riverside.

Just got off the phone with Icon, they said the 56503 will not work with a Dakar pack. The part # for the extended length shock that will work is 2027, which is 3" longer.

Here's Icon page for just the rears - http://iconvehicledynamics.com/shop...-20-aluminum-series-rear-shock-0-15-lift.html

And here's the page for the Stage 1 - http://iconvehicledynamics.com/shop...-toyota-tacoma-suspension-system-stage-1.html

Thinking they just have a typo on the Stage 1 page

Interestingly, they do have a shock for the 5 lugs that is 0-3" - http://iconvehicledynamics.com/shop...g-20-aluminum-series-rear-shock-0-3-lift.html

Great info. Thank you! Did they by chance mention if that's the part # for the remote resi shock?

No, don't think that one is the resi, they are more expensive. I want a resi because I have a shell, but I may just get the extended length now, and add a resi when they need to be rebuilt.

Will individual icon items be on sale as well? (i.e. icon billet upper control arms)?

Anyone know if this is the same situation with the All-Pro Expo's?

@JDEMELLO Can you confirm that the Icon stage II for the 2015 would fit onto a 2016? Would like to know ahead of time so I can pull trigger when the sale goes in effect.

Since the Expos are a leaf pack, you would need the longer shock

I have been told it does, if we are doing the install and find some differences we will make it work. From what we have been told the frames are nearly identical. We don't see any differences on ours.

Icon does make custom length shocks from time to time but you have to be careful and get the right measurements. Do you mean a 12in travel rear shock? Or a 12in compressed shock? Custom applications need exact measurements. Both compressed length and extended length and then mounting type, stem verses Eye.

@JDEMELLO Is the ICON 57805 2.5″ VS Series Remote Reservoir Shock Set compatible with the Dakar leaf pack? It's not listed as being extended travel and there is no Ext version; only 0"-1.5" and 6"

I'm really tempted to go ahead and order an Icon stage 1 with this discount instead of getting Fox's. At least I'll have a couple days to decide
