any cutting involved and how easily would factory fogs fit?

Ugh...if only Tacoma bumpers fit 4R's. That Baja in Aluminum is HOT. It would seriously make me think otherwise of going hidden winch mount.

 

We really put a lot of thought into the aluminum design. In our opinion aluminum can be very weak not done right. The reinforcing on the inside is there to make it a very strong alternative to steel.

 

Depends on where you are located. Generally pallet freight shipments range from 150-300 depending on location.

 

On the 2005-2015 there is no cutting other than the fender liners that you have to cut on any bumper. The rest is direct bolt on.

 

Yes we can do it bare metal if you like. The single hoop would be just like our steel counter part but in aluminum. The looks are the same.

 

They actually do fit with a little cutting or trimming of the bumpers. The 2005-2011 tacoma bumper is very close in dimension.

Can you explain more? Cutting/Trimming of the Demello bumper? Or do you mean fenders on the 4R? Anything noticeable? Because I know who would be installing it when I drive down, what would that install cost be? ;-) Also, will a Smittybuilt X20 10K Gen2/waterproof/synthetic fit in one of these?

 

The Tacoma bumper may need trimmed. The mounting points are a little different but it still mounts up. We use to do this for customer before we had a Tacoma bumper (we had the 4runner first) but we haven't done it in a while so I can't remember what needs done to make it fit.

@JDEMELLO What is the difference between the single hoop and baja hoop? Does the baja just have the extra little bracing bars on the center hoop?
