We have made a custom one in the past that looks kinda like our FJ bumper. But we simply haven't gotten a lot of interest in them. If you want to start a thread to gauge interest, by all means please do so.

Jason, Thanks for the opportunity to purchase one of your great bumpers. :) I have a few questions.

    • Approximately how much does it weigh?
    • Can the factory fogs be used in the cut outs for the fogs?
    • Does it use all factory mounting bolt holes? ( no custom work on our part)
    • If down the road I decide to upgrade my suspension and upgrade to a larger tire size any issues with clearance or rubbing?
    Thanks,

    Crom

Weight is just under 100lbs with out the hoops and just over with.
The factory fogs can not be used. We thought about making that an option but in our experience the factory fogs work better lower where they were designed to be in the original bumper. When they are up higher like in the bumper combined with a lift they seem to loose their (fog light capacity) so we swapped them out for driving lights.
It does bolt up to the factory holes and only requires cutting the plastic in the inner fenders.
    No clearance
issues with a tires, it actually is designed to make more room for tires.

    Anymore questions let me know.

How far does the bumper extend from the grill? from the single hoop?

Thanks for answering my questions. Would it be possible for you build one out of aluminum? I know the cost would probably be more but I am looking to save weight. Thanks.

I'm curious about making it out of aluminum, too, as well as having the option to delete "DO" in the front. Possible? (Absolutely no offense meant on not desiring your sig front-and-center!) Also, have you made the lines flow with the wheel well on this new batch?
