I know it is Christmas at 9:30 east coast. Trying to install sliders. First bolts. I am not drilling frame so I can skip six bolts. The long bolts should be set up in this order.

    Bolt head
    Washer
    Slider hole
    Frame hole
    Metal square
    Washer
    Locking nut

    That's my guess at least.

Second, the bolt that holds the cross member on frame.the frame and slider hole do not match up. Ideas, help, past attempts. Do I have this on the wrong side? Thanks for the help.
    Please help my impatient Ass.

Only one question remaining. Front bolt driver side..... How? I can not get behind there with my hand. Let alone the tool. Brake lines and that panel, no bueno. I updated a bit on the slider thread. Pretty happy overall. There was a car accident tonight, I loaded the little kids in my car with my wife while I helped the driver. Acted just how I wanted. A little step to get in and out.

All other bolts are secure. Minus the six I did not install. Brakes lines on driver side are just separated enough to squeeze the bolt and nut in. Any other ideas? I appreciate any help.

Its a pain to get that nut on... for my relentless fab set a long tab (about 18 in) was welded onto the nut like a handle to allow you to slide it in the frame and thread the bolt into it.

Maybe weld some wire (duct tape if no welder I guess) to it if you can to hold it in place while you thread the bolt into it?
