If you didnt get your dent fixed yet, and you are on Oahu, I used a company called Pro Dent Hawaii on my wifes Lexus. I was parked at the Kunia Walmart and some AH dented the drivers door. We only went in for a few minutes and when I came out, I was like WTF is that on the door! I thought I could just live with it but after a week of seeing it every time I drove the car, I decided to find a PDR guy. Sandro was the guy that did the repair, but you couldnt tell at all that there was even a dent there when he was done. I emailed them a picture of the dent via their website and they told me whether it was repairable or not and gave me a quote of how much it would be to fix. It was alot smaller then your dent, but wont hurt to email them a picture and ask for a quote.
