    None.
This summer has been good for my favorite PDR guy. I am not exactly OCD, but I do try to minimize the risk of parking lot rash by parking more sensibly than most, yet I have scheduled my third PDR visit this summer.

Yesterday’s trip to the grocery … and I witnessed a Neanderthal give his shopping cart a running shove vaguely in the direction of the cart corral. He missed. Yet another dent and scuff in the right rear quarter. Then he skated on taking personal responsibility.

A common sense approach, but we know how uncommon common sense has become.

I saw the title and read PDR and was expecting some newfangled dent-pulling magnet. Disappointed.
Speaking of such things, where are all the “move out of that wasteland city you must live in” gospel singers that show up in the theft threads? I’m being patient but can’t wait all day.

Sorry about your truck, OP. You do have a third gen, so at least you’re also a chick magnet too.

You could try to recoup from the store as well. The parking lot is the store's property and so they're liable.

Ps: Neanderthals are extinct so it was probably a human

Just sayin', but if you are being careful about where you park, next to a cart return ain't the place. Sucks though.

Your story reminded me of this. Seems fitting.

    Shopping Cart Theory.jpg

Most every store that I have seen has a sign up that they are not responsible for property damage / theft.

Worse is that around here, a lot of places have these stupid rental camera setups with flashing blue strobes. So damn annoying.

Signs don't matter. But I looked into it for a second and it might fall under act of god if it's wind. But since this was a Neanderthal, idk.

But for example I can put a sign on my porch that says not responsible for slipping on ice, but I have no legal protection
