    I'm on the fence about this, I want to get either stage 2 or 3. I'm planning on getting a rack and roof top tent but I'm not sure if stage 3 would be overkill.

    If you just run a rack and a rtt in your bed than stage 3 would definitely be overkill. If you ever take the rack and tent out it would ride like a dump truck
    Edit: Stage 2's might be overkill
