Did you remove the bearing before welding the gussets on the UCA? Any risk if you don't? Also I can't see if there are additional gussets to the LCA?
    TIA

I didnt do the welding so im not sure. I bought them already modified. I dont see any harm in keeping it in as long as you weld in bits and not overheat the metal.

So interesting development. I called Trail gear and he said that the drop out or angle would be the same as the RCV axle which is around 22.3 which is a little more than stock. It also kinda looks like a rebranded RCV.... I wouldnt be surprised if they made them.

Yes, if you look very closely at where the cup connects to the arm you’ll see some reinforcement.

Ordered the full assembly yesterday and returning 2 of the 3 shafts I had ordered. With my ARB up front I haven't broken a cv in 4+ years and they been with torn boots for a while (I carry brand new ones with me) waiting for 1 to snap but they still going. I'm also running a MC Lefty dual TC do there's no wheel hopping while crawling.
So much more work left to do, doubtful I'll finish before new years.
Shock tower, LCA, diff arms, UCA and LCA gussets to weld.
    Tubing the firewall
    1" body lift
    Sound deadening almost done
Replacing entire AC system (heater core, expansion valve, condenser and AC evaporator core.
Pulling the front diff and taking it to the shop for them to go through.
Meanwhile work has been keeping me busy so maybe 1 day a week to work on it

We need more info. Can you tell where it’s coming from? Do you feel it in your butt or steering wheel? Did you replace anything else?

It’s definitely coming from the front end. I live on a dirt road and oddly enough i don’t hear it on there. I tend to hear it in parking lots going slow on paved roads. I have messed around a bit and when i’m at a dead stop on turn the wheel it seems like i hear a similar noise. When i did the kit i replaced all my seals but thats it. Also forgot to mention i feel it in the steering wheel I swear when i first installed the kit and test drove it there was no noise, but when I took it to the alignment shop i noticed it. Tough to say though cause i took it to the alignment shop the same day I finished the install

Check the inner tie rods. Could be loose or going bad.

Check the torque on your LCA cams as well. An alignment shop left my loose and it would do the same thing.

Finally broke into it today changed the inner and outer tie rods on both sides. Also thank you Dalandser for the suggestion on the cam bolts as the alignment shop had them torqued to about 40 foot pounds. After all the was fixed took a drive still had the noise it was even worse. What i forgot was awhile ago i read that when uniballs get a lot of dust they tend to make a noise so i gave it a bath sprayed some white lithium lubricant and poof it was gone. thanks for all the suggestions and help
