1996 Tacoma 4wd 2.7 + 2023 TRD Sport

The bed depth on my 23 TRD Sport is 19-3/8 inches. Can I generally expect to have at least this depth under a hard tonneau cover? I know it depends on the manufacturer and model so I'm looking for recommendations for hard covers that will not reduce the vertical space when closed. It would be perfect if I could buy a cover that added a bit more depth (say half an inch) Thanks.
