Hoping my tent comes in on time before my trip this weekend , didn’t get shipping confirmation or tracking number sent out on Friday.

 

The container box didn’t fully get unloaded Friday.
They’re all getting pulled today.

 

Tents are shipping out. Everyone should have tracking numbers.

Okay. And ups is going to call me for once it arrives? It shows mine being shipped for tomorrow. Does that mean shipped from Arizona or arriving here?

 

My guess would be shipping from AZ

My tracking number still doesnt work. On UPS Freight it doesnt recognize the number...

 

My shipping date says the 13th, so I’m guessing yours is the same.

 

Same for me. UPSFreight doesn’t recognize my tracking number.

 

Check it again tomorrow guys. Takes some time for ups to make the magic happen.
They have to type the numbers into their magic box. And that’s half the battle.

 

I dont think this is a ups problem... This is getting pretty annoying, since it seems like none of our tracking numbers are working

 

Okay.
Here’s what happened (I’m out camping and the signal is crap)

UPS brought a box truck to pick up all our tents. Turns out, they couldn’t grab the units because it was wayyyy to small. So. Today ups is bringing a semi trailer to pick up all the tents. They have enough to fill over 20+ ft in a trailer.

 

I just checked my tracking and as of 5PM California time its still shows "Not Available".
From what I recall on an email or maybe an earlier post here, they are supposed to be "Out of town" between Aug 15-23.
I really hope these get shipped out before they go on vacation.

 

I would hope they would make sure our orders are sent out before then. It has been like three months since purchase and we still havent recieved a product. Getting close to calling my cc company.

 

This is starting to sound like the armor manufacturer that shall not be named. Sorry this is happening you guys. I was going to order one but now I better wait and watch to see what happens. Please keep us up-to-date if you have any warnings or further issues. Thank you, and good luck!

 

Yeah i emailed and text the owner, still no response back... Annoying when u spent a lot of money on a product like this. My patience is growing thin.

 

You guys should be treated much better than that for the kind of money you spent. Hope it works out, it’s too bad because it looks like such a great product and a good price. REI dropped iKamper from their lineup too, I wonder why?
