Can the lid of the Warrior close with the insulated liner installed? If so, liner plus bedding?

 

I’m told it can. My insulated liner comes this week for me.

If by bedding you mean sleeping bag / comforter, then you have to remove the bedding, flip the bottom closed. Then you can put some of your stuff back in there and close the top.

Picked mine up yesterday. Mine's a bit different since I got a Warrior with black out fabric. So it came in black and red not green. I'm still on the fence about it so we'll see. Also mounted mine with the ladder on the driver's side. I've always done it that way and didn't want to change plus I dig how it looks that way. I'm hoping to test it out tomorrow night.

I'm not a fan of it being off on the latch side though. Has to be a better way.



And here's a couple with it open. The red does seem to go well with my truck though.

Thanks for posting these. I think the black/red looks good with your truck, but did you specifically ask for this blackout fabric or is this the new “standard” version?

 

It’s a custom fabric. You can ask for it. Standard is OD Green

I definitely asked for it. My last tent was a 23Zero Breezeway. It had black out fabric and I loved it. It was like a cave in there during the day. So I asked DA if they had a black out option. Supposedly this is the first of its kind for them, haha.

Gotcha, the fabric looks good from the photos. Definitely has more a robust look vs the normal green.



On another note, my Warrior tent is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday! Promise I’ll post pics and my thoughts on it in due time — still waiting on lots of stuff for my 4Runner.
