wish I knew I could do this ahead of time. Would’ve been nice to trade awning for annex. Mines already in route. Can anything still be done about this?

 

Does the annex have a floor? How do I switch it out ? thanks

 

The Tank RTT with the cross bars can this wide enough to use for a bike rack?

 

Probably not now. I’d suggest shooting them an email asking if you could send back the awning for an annex.

Holiday sale ends January 4th too.
Next shipment will be here in March 2021. It’s a very large order 100+ tents. All with the new features and updates discussed throughout the thread. Pretty much misc user friendly stuff, nothing to main design of tent.

Apparently they haven't shipped out my insulated liner and awning yet and i asked if they could swap the awning for the annex. They are not able to make that swap. Very unfortunate as the individual items are priced the same currently, which would make it an equal swap. Wished the bundle option could have offered choices between insulated liner and awning or liner and annex. And this was not a free option like it currently is, i did pay for it. Don't really have a need for the awning. Disappointing.

 

I think if your stuff is already packed up and on the truck it can’t be changed.

Just because it says it hasn’t shipped, doesn’t mean DA still has it. Usually it gets picked up and once it’s at their terminal then the shipping updates.

I appreciate you reaching out for me. Thanks for that. I get it if it was already shipped out. Per Eric, my awning and liner has not shipped out yet, only my tent. So changes can still be made. My understanding is they cannot swap the awning for the annex, even though both are being sold at same price currently. However, they can swap the awning and insulated liner for the annex. The thing is i need the liner. So in order to get the swap, i would need to buy an insulated liner. Not sure if this make sense to you, but it doesn't make sense to me, so i'm like...IT IS WHAT IT IS. Will probably just keep the current order the same.

Okay. Little bit of clarification. The awning and insulated liner were bought on a promo. So DA can’t switch promotion to promotion.

 

Thanks. It is what it is. When i made my purchase i paid for the bundle awning and liner. Now that very same bundle is actually a free option. It's just unfortunate they can't make that swap. Thanks for trying. I just got excited when another member asked for the swap and you said that was possible.

 

I tried. Seriously. I was on it.
Luckily y’all are getting in on a good time. Next year the sales are going to be more strict and set times. Shorter. Etc. lots of tents in stock. They’re doing a store front in Phoenix. All positive directions. End result for you will be a company that doesn’t go out of business and you’re stuck with a tent you can’t warranty anything on. So that’s good.

plus.. there is about to be a second annex option. So you might wait and want that one
