Lets talk about that ICECO cooler u got there!?! How do you like that model? Its the duel usage one right? Both 12v and you can put ice in it? I ended up with th VL45 (at least i think thats what it is) big green steel one. I love it!

 

Very happy new owner of a Tank. Local to me in Missouri. While he was unhappy with the wait time since he ordered a LONG time ago as well as most, he and his family are very happy at the new experiences and adventures to come with their RTT.

 

Well that looks like crap, why did he accept it with that red arrow on it?? I would be calling like 10 times or something.

I've been in the watching and waiting group for a while. My Warrior XL has yet to ship. I've actually come into some hardship during all of the delays and I attempted to request a cancellation given uncontrollable and unfortunate personal events, hoping for some reasonable sympathy given all of the circumstances. I was told the 20% cancellation fee would still apply. I explained that I will not even be able to physically use the tent, and was told by Eric, and I am quoting his email directly: "I don't make the policy here at Desert Armor I am just sales and customer service. I'm not able to go to my boss and ask if he make exceptions to our policy."

Its a real shame that things have gone the way they have. I can only hope DA is actually watching, and looks at their emails to see that Im not complaining, Im asking for a reasonable exception, and am getting stuck with a tent that I literally cant use. I'd request that a full refund be given and that they ship to someone that can and will "make memories" since I cannot do so anymore.

This is what my order status says today. According to FedEx its still in Glendale, "Out for Delivery" but not picked up.

 

Just more lies. Not surprised at all. Whatever fits their agenda.

Couple in warehouse installs. People are always surprised that it’s only 3 people that are doing all the work and running the show. A lot of work!

 

Seems like that individual got the Friday unit. You know what I mean? Same thing happens with cars, shoes, etc. (I’m not saying its right)

I reached out to the owner and he stated that the issues that are warrantable are getting taken care of!

This was a delivery by FedEx and install by the customer.

 

If you’re talking about your refund you’ll have to reach out to them.

I’ll send them this asking for you to be put in front of everyone on the list.

 

Yea you know it’s soooo much work to press a few keys on the computer to issue a refund. It’ll probably take longer than waiting for a container to come from China. I bet us waiting on refunds will be dealt with last cuz they won’t be in a hurry getting us our money back.

 

Not surprised at all. You know that’s been my stance all along. Again as I’ve said multiple times: some people shouldn’t be running companies because they don’t give a shit about the customer. They care more about making a dollar now, and losing a customer forever. They won’t last long.

 

@OldBaldGrumpy - sorry to bother, but did you ever get your RTT weighed? also - what size did you have?
