Design flaw in your Tacoma

    Just wondering what yall think is the #1 design flaw for your Tacoma.... mine is I think the clock is in the wrong spot... cant see it sitting in the driver seat unless you move...

    Secondary Air filter mod,Removed running boards,AFE Pro dry filter,sirius satelite radio,relocated horns,sockmonkey decal,EZ change drain plug,color matched grille,grille craft mx, BHLM, Fog light mod, Hellas behind the grille
    Sun visors are too low. Maybe the whole roof line at the windshield. Im only 5'11 but if I have to put the visor down I have to duck to see where Im going.

    and thats the same problem i had with the 06 that i had before i got my 04(well......it wouldnt hold an alignment either).

    the pull out second cup holder on the manual trans
    when you have it out and have a drink in it and then move the seat up all the way it hits it and pushes it in half way

    One thing I wish the stock stereo had was an AUX in on the front. Tape adapter works, but there is a good bit of white noise that I think is due to using the tape adapter.

    On the 2nd gen, its definitely the spare tire system.

    In front of passenger side dash rattle and clock placement are the only 2 so far.
    and the fact that i get 23 mpg really pisses me off too...:p

    The rear view mirror, im 6'5 and still growing and i have to duck down to see past my rear view mirror while driving which sucks, itd be nice if toyota made the rear view mirror higher, everything else i love!!

    Dont have this problem.... guess I have a longer reach.... other thing that bothers me is the bed liner rattles... drives me nutz... the tape adapter works great for me... no white noise...

    dash rattle is easily fixable, use a rubber tube and push it tight in, FIXED. sucks to have to fix it but it works great!
    design flaw for mine is the push button 4x4, just not into the electronic stuff, mechanical is much better

    I was amazed when I realized the truck did not come with a cargo light. This is damn near a necessity for anyone who uses their truck after dark. Needless to say, a REAL pain in the ass.

    Other than that, I have been more than pleased with my truck.
