I have gone to all the pull-it parts near me, spent countless hours on ebay with no avail.
My spindle inside the knuckle is shot, so just replacing the bearing is out of the question.. and this is my daily driver. If someone has a full assembly, even if the bearing is bad, I will take it. or if someone happens to have just the spindle, I would be happy with that even.
Also If someone has a pull-it parts near them that will ship I am open to that option as well.

The 6-lug spindle/knuckle is the exact same for manual hub vs ADD (and vs prerunner even). The *only* difference between them is ABS vs non-ABS. (And left vs right of course.)

The hub that's pressed in is the piece that determines manual vs ADD vs Prerunner.

They even all use the same bearing.

If your hub is good still, you can grab a new bearing and seals and a few other bits depending which setup, and then press it into whichever spindle/knuckle you want. Even if you're manual hub and non-ABS you can still press that stuff into an ABS spindle and then just plug the ABS hole.

okay well, I guess I was calling it the wrong thing.. The Surface of the Hub that presses into the bearing is wore down and non-repairable.

That being said.... if you really want a passenger side, manual hub, non-ABS knuckle....I've got one that's all good to go except it's missing the inner brass bushing (which is unobtainable by itself) but you could swap your inner brass bushing over and be good to go. Bearing feels good still, but not sure how many miles--I got it from a wrecker. Or press your hub in etc etc. I'm in Utah. Send me a PM I'd you want it.

But I'd bet you could find a diff one like I explained above for way less money, and way closer...

This crap is called all sorts of different stuff all the time so no worries. I think a lot of times the steering knuckle is called the spindle, and the hub the spindle, etc etc. Heh. Who really knows... :p

Post a pic maybe and we'll make sure for sure what you've got and what you need...?

So do you need all the manual hub parts or just the manual hub spindle? I have a passenger spindle that the hub got damaged and the bearing/inner parts needs to be repaired, but the spindle and main body of the hub assembly is fine. Let me know and I can get some pictures.

If it helps, part number is 43502-04030 or updated part 43502-35160.

There is a couple on eBay, but they are pricey! You can currently find better deals at the discount Toyota parts sites. I have not had any luck finding it after market by Dorman or anybody...they only seem to have the ADD one.

Anyway, like I said, I've got one, but it's missing the inner brass bushing. If yours is good, pop it on mine and install the complete spindle/knuckle and you're good to go. (The backing plate has seen better days, but it could be cleaned up.) EDIT: just noticed the inner seal is also missing so you'd need a new one of those as well.

Oh, and the hubs are the same part # for left or right side.

BTW, xxOkieTacoxx, if you get SCRunner12's, and not mine, then I really really REALLY want your old one if the inner brass bushing is good! Seriously!

It is not shown in the parts diagram. According to Toyota it is not a serviceable part and is just part of the hub. It is missing from mine. If you look at both pics I posted, the front part of the hub, right in the center there is a brass ring--that is the outer bushing. Then look at my other pic at the back of the hub, there should be another brass bushing in the center, but it's gone. :-/

ah i see. you are welcome to it if I don't get yours. I have some spare locking nuts I can change yours out if i get yours. I got them from a guy on here a long time ago and only needed one of them. Had a local shop install a new bearing at one time and they used a punch and hammer to tighten up the locking nut. I was pissed. The bearing failed after a month cause it wasn't torqued right. Never took my truck to another shop. I press and everything myself now. They are also the reason this hub is toast now. the last time I replaced the bearing I noticed uneven wear but I had to get it back going. didn't figure it would last, and it didn't unfortunately

Here are some pics of the assembly. Basically the cv snapped in half and the manual lock out was damaged. Not sure if it damaged the spindle assembly, but it spins smooth, just need to cut the cv end off.

Let me call a local place back about a replacement, they were supposed to get back to me today but no word. If I can get my replacement I will part with it, otherwise I will need it to keep it to complete my pair. I will let you know tomorrow morning.

Side topic: @SCRunner12 - how'd you break that axle? What size tires you run? Do you have a diff lock up front?

I run 44" Thornbirds on a 6" Fabtech lift with 3" body lift. Just me being a boss is all, no locker up front. The Macy's curb put up a good fight and unfortunately I lost...

Got it at a pick n pull like that. The truck was in a wreck and I can only assume it rolled or slammed into something to cause the CV to snap like that. Never seen one like that before and didn't realize the manual hub was damaged until I got it all disassembled.

    Hah! Great story!

@SCRunner12 - you mentioned earlier about needing to cut the CV axle off... ? From those pics you posted, It looks to me like it actually needs to just be tapped back out of there... not sure what would need to be cut....? I would look at just tapping that end from the outer side of the hub, back into the hub and out through the inner side (from whence it came).

Might be a bit tricky to do depending on what shape the axle shaft is in where it snapped...I can't quite tell from the pics what it's like down in there on yours, but there are some needle bearings inside the axle hub that are just past the inner brass bushing that could get damaged by the broken axle.... (BTW, the needle bearings inside the axle hub are also not a serviceable part from Toyota either... *but* those are still available to get after market from ORS...)

Anyway, just my thoughts from looking at your pics...I could be wrong... heh
