Was an automatic prerunner, now a stock 5 speed/4wd.
    Good evening,
5 speed swapped my '99 prerunner and 4wd swapped it a year and a half ago, jumped the neutral safety switch and just ignored the CEL. Well, Im selling the truck to a kid from church wanted to get it straight for him so that it passes smog and all that jazz. I found a 99' 3.4 M/T ECU and harness and swapped it in, The truck won't even turn over now. I know it has to be something with the clutch safety switch but I dont have the 5 speed interior harness. The only unused plug is this guy which hangs out right by the firewall below the MC and between that and the rear crossover pipe. I tried jumping the terminals, nothing. Any help is very much appreciated!

Man not going help the No Crank issue

Guessing a 2 wire pigtail in that location/length would go to ABS wheel sensor

    Again, big fat guess
Sure your truck doesn’t even have

Where does the engine harness enter the cab for the clutch safety switch then?

If you search these forums historically for 'manual swap' or 'clutch switch'...
you'll find this a very popular mod....

I would take the time to read thru several of those.....

I believe the only alternative to this is to get the 'cowl harness' for a MT....
that would mean taking the whole dash apart and rewire everything...

Did you verify your signal and power to the starter just to make sure? Along with fuses to make sure a fuse didn't pop somewhere along the line?
