I know this is a long shot guys but I'm getting frustrated. I'm looking for a non JBL head unit w/navigation for my 2012 Tacoma TRD Sport. Seems like I have exhausted every crevice on the internet. I know there's tons of aftermarket stuff out there, but I really want the OEM system. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not to be rude, but no OE nav is worth the effort to chase down. Other than looking pretty on a somewhat larger screen, there is no other advantage.

A Garmin is much cheaper and has free updates (you'll pay for Toyota's), you can move it to another car, take it on a trip and use it in a rental, etc.

When the Garmin finally fails, you just pick up another one. When the OE unit fails, you'll replace it with a Garmin type device anyway. :D

I have a non-Nav 2012 Head unit off an Off Road, if you decide to just keep OEM. It's a lil old school but works great, like new! Other than that, hope you find what you're looking for.
