    I swerved to avoid hitting a animal in the road the other night and ended up wrapping my truck around a tree pretty nicely. We got super lucky because the tree mangled the one door/ seat where no one was sitting. For now here are some pics :(

    And that tacoma does not look like it took the hit well at all, how fast were you going ?

    Glad you're ok. I remember a paramedic/firefighter that taught an EMT class years ago. He was very big on not trying to avoid animals. He always said to hit them. He based that on having been to 100s of accident scenes.

    The scary part for me is that the seat that got the worst hit is were my daughter usually rides in the truck. I won't be swerving for any animal.
