Wondering what, if anything, people keep in their trucks for detailing. I want to make a quick detail kit that can stay in the truck, just something to clean up minor spills inside or minor things on the outside (bird poo, tree sap, vandalism)

Things that can be "fixed" the time they happen so I can clean them right when I get home easy.

I keep a couple of microfiber towels, non-aerosol glass cleaner, and some rain-x wipes. The first two: check out Chemical Guys.

I keep everything in a couple buckets bungeed in my bed. But inside the truck I have disposable blue shop towels and keep a can of aerosol glass cleaner (spray it on the towel not your window) and 303 for the interior. That's really all you need.

imo microfiber isnt good for interiors because if you have spills you're going to spread that spill all over your truck. Easier to wet a paper towel and throw it away when it gets dirty, grab another and keep going until you're done.

For exterior detailing, just about any detailing product will work. But meguires is pretty good at being streak free.
