    I'd hold on to the truck until the right price comes along. Who knows you might keep it or get more than you thought for it. I guess that all depends if you have some where to park it.

    IMO I would sale it to the co-worker and be done with it. Sometimes a truck with mods is more difficult to sale than a stock truck.
