    $500

New, never installed. Bought it years ago thinking I was going to swap a 8.4 into my older yota truck but never did.

Interested. Is everything there that I would need to get it working?

It’s just the locker, which is the only thing that comes when you order it. It replaces your carrier in your diff. You will need to reuse your bearings and gears. Typically you would take this and your diff to a gear shop and have them install it, unless you are comfortable with setting up gears.

I installed one of these in my PreRunner a few years ago, and bought a used 3rd member (from a Tundra I believe) and took both to a shop in San Jose to have installed. I opted for a regear to 4:88 since I had went up to larger tires. Then I just swapped out my stock 3rd member with the upgraded one. Took a few hours.

I can't tell you how much better it is to drive, punching it through corners or up a hill (I live on top of a pretty steep hill) inspires confidence, and it's even better in the rain. Totally worth it, and safer as well.
