    Sorry for the late response, gone camping for 3 days.

    Shot penning and polishing are for texture only, the shot penning does give it a slight hint of sparkle when exposed to sunlight.
    If that shade of red is not what you're looking for you can always purchase a natural aluminum red and have it spray painted, etc.

    I will need to change the schedule for this batch, sorry I'll be gone on travel.
    Here's the new schedule:

    2017 June batch:
    Batch is open for pre-order on all emblems until June 9.

    Finish treatment:
    Emblems will be sent out for finish treatment around June 13 with an expected return date of July 28.

    Shipping:
    Emblems will ship shortly after they come back from finish treatment around July 28. Be advised that the shipping carrier will need a few days for delivery.

    Can you make one in shiny gold? I don't mean metallic gold; I mean like shiny gold plated? Or at least chrome plated so I can get it gold plated?

    There's gold anodize if that helps.
    Since I don't anodize the emblems myself I'll have to take it to the anodize shop which charges $82 for different color, you'd have to pay this amount.
    I never chrome plated any emblems, can't help you with chrome.

    Perhaps you can purchase a polished emblem with no coating so you can get it plated.
