Truck looks a lot better after the lift! I brought tools, but you did all the work. So kudos to you! Last birthday I was helping @Tundra2Play replace a CV before a wheeling trip the next day. At least y'all know what to get me next year... parts to put on your trucks.

So i will be doing the following here in the next couple weeks....

    • Replacing LCA bushings (might as well since everything will be unattached anyway)
    • Replacing tie rod ends (Tandem said they were shot but im not sure how to confirm this)
    • Replacing TC gusseted spindles (Tweaked mine at jambo, the caster setting on my UCA's do not match. This had to be done to get a proper alignment from Tandem. New ones have TC gussets already welded on and painted. @snowboard704 sounds like he knows what he is doing.)
    • Removing/welding on TC alignment tabs (What i have now is holding strong but i already purchased them so im installing them)
Anyone have any tips / dont do's on any of these things?

Also here is a thread with more info on @snowboard704 's spindles that he is selling.

I was talked into replacing my hubs as well since you have to take everything apart for the new spindles. Not cheap, but you'll have to do it sooner or later anyway.

Sounds like you got some work cut out for you! But everything pretty straight forward with everything already being apart:notsure:

The spindles your getting will be like the ones in the ad you listed, actually sold those ones to another member so yours will be fresh welds/ paint this week!

My front windshield is 45 and it’s not terrible, but nice during this time of the year. Only peoples that bother me about it is highway patrol

45 is pretty dark for the windshield. Do you pass inspection? Lol. 70 will keep a lot of heat/uv out, protect the dash, and darken the fronts a little. I just want to stay cooler in the summer. Either I’ll do the windshield or darken the fronts more, I dunno yet.

I should have them today and can post picks of what I get.

I bought them based on the $250 audio thread.
