There was a time that a few guys around here were willing to help with those things.

I have helped with my fair share of them. Wasn't too worried about doing it on my own but an extra set of hands helps with the leaf springs.

Not really a meet but if anyone wants to help installing some OME leaf springs on a 1st gen Tacoma Saturday morning I would greatly appreciate an extra set of hands. I am in Arlington off 20 and Green Oaks. Cold beverages and food are a given. I plan to get the front done Friday after work but when I have done leafs in the past I have found help goes a long way.

Anybody got a recommendation for glass repair/replacement? Safelite is saying they don’t have any openings for over 2 weeks.

This happened while I was sitting at a standstill in traffic today. Truck’s not even 2 weeks old.

She spread quicker than coronavirus. Guess I’ll just run it like this until I can get it replaced.

Installing the lift turned into a whole lot more. New parts list has expanded to inner and outer tie rods, sway bar end links, SPC UCA, new LCA, brake lines, brake pads and rotors, and probably some other stuff.

Most winches are fairly similar, anything specifically you’re concerned about?

Also, make sure to charge your controller ahead of time (if it’s the wired/wireless one).
