I'll probably be going to Bridgeport in the next couple months.... I want to go to Barnwell, but it I bad timing and too far(I live an hour West of Bridgeport, but I stalk the DFW crowd). I'll post on here when I go.

Anyone selling their OEM Tonneau cover for a short bed Tacoma? I am in Plano and am willing to pay 500-600.

Also, living in Plano now so willing to drive the DFW area.

    Thanks guys!

So called the shipping company to make sure my pallet was at the facility and I would be able to pick it up tomorrow. The lady on the phone verified in the system that they had arrived to the facility and I could pick it up any time. I ask what the hours were and she informed that they where open for pick up/drop off 24/7!!! I then became too impatient to wait and made the 35 minute drive to get my pallet. What a great day! Now I have some painting to do tomorrow.:D

The build quality looks fantastic from Mobtown Offroad! Hopefully be on the truck by Sat/Sun as long as painting goes well tomorrow.

I've been reading a LOT about what others on here have used and decided to go with Rust-Oleum self etching primer(1 can per slider) and Rust-Oleum Spray on Liner(up to 2 cans per slider). Everyone who I have found that used Rust-Oleum has been very happy with the results. I'm notorious for researching anything I buy to death before I make purchases. I hate buyers remorse! I would have loved to just have them Powder coated but as soon as I scratched them would have regretted paying that much for a part thats meant to get beat up. Since I have no lift I fully expect to beat the crap outta them!

Good choice! I plan to add sliders soon and have heard good things about the Rust Oleum as well, easier to touch up than the powder coating would be

Yes. The front and rear bumpers i had powercoated however i will be painting my sliders myself as i expect them to get damaged before the front and rear. Im sure someones car door will hit them before a tree does though.

Ok so i took my truck into the dealership to have my oil changed.... picked up the truck and drove away.

2 days later (today) im looking at the service sheet and it says that my rack and pinion is leaking... now why the fuck did they not say anything to me about this???

Anyone know how hard it is to replace one?

Any spots on your driveway/garage? Changing out a steering rack does not look like a lot of fun.

Its not horrible. Just messy. And sometimes getting the p/s system bled is a pita.

Yeah i am watching some videos. Hopefully i will learn what to look for when checking for leaks.

Not that i have noticed. I just saw the report so i am just now investigating this. I will defiantly be on the look out though! Fucking hell!!

Also... How do they determine its leaking?? Do they just see a bit of fluid and say "yup, thats leaking"?

How do i know if its leaking? I dont think PS fluid is a special color is it?
