    They are unbelievably tender. If you try and pick them up by the bone the meat just falls off. I cant even finish 1 rib. I tried but 1.5+lbs is more than I can eat in 1 sitting with some sides.

    I went out yesterday to cook and work on my bumper. Didnt make a lot of progress on the bumper but learned a lot about the smoking process along with more practice welding and how to setup of the welder.
    For full bumpers my favorite is CBI since it incorporates the lines the best from all the bumpers I've seen. Slimlines look really good also if your not wanting a full bumper.

    How’s the durability of the wings? I know they give you a better approach angle but bolts tend to break for me.

    I would guess if your hitting hard enough to break bolts off then you would likely just push a full steel bumper into other parts to break. I've only seen 2 in person and havent looked closely at them. I think its 3 bolts holing the wings to the slimline.
