Thank ya! The grille and pro style badges are my favorite mods on it so far, although the step bars really helped it too!

Well I wasn’t going to replace them until the suspension was done. A bit counterproductive.

I didn’t install them, the shop wasn’t a fan. He text me about 3 hours in cursing the truck.

I mean cool, as long as you don't hydroplane on the freeway or something.

yes sir. currently own a blue 95 mkiv hardtop (usdm)...its my new project. just sold my 88 7mgte targa to my brother a while back. also had a silver jdm 93 mkiv supra for a few years before trading it for a blue 93 widebody prt built single turbo rx7 which i also currently own.

you found my sig...sadly i don't own that one anymore, but i sure miss it.

jdm basically means japanese domestic market...built for japan so it was (rhd) which means it was right hand drive. it was also manual, so i had to shift gears with my left hand. i had to import it from outside the usa.

Nice! And welcome back! How hard was it to import that into the US?

    yes...the very same one.
this is a different rx7 that is in my old sig which is twin turbo and stock body other than the jdm efnei front lip and r.e. aramayia headlights.

it was a mess, but i bought it from guy in canada who in turn imported it from japan.

my arms got tired after the first nautical mile, but i inflated the airbags which helped out...and it was from canada, so sasquatch helped since he was on his way here for a photo op...

Sweet! Is the '95 project running? We may have crossed paths at some time at a Supra meet or something. Anything done to the '88? Much respect for it still having a 7M.

    sadly no...
im gonna do the gte 6 spd swap, but they have gone thru the roof price-wise and nearly impossible to find thanks to corona. the only thing done to the 7m is a bhg thanks to his daughter lol..

maybe we have met...i bought my first supra in 2010. as far as meets, i used to go to various ones including the ftw meets that ricekiller used to sponsor, the montgomery meets and the arlington park springs meets. havent been to any in a while.

when i went it would either be in the alpine silver supra, porsche riviera blue tt rx7, the xr, or my blue 646 ninja. oh i also used to roll in a viper snakeskin green 2000 6spd ws6.

do you own/owned a supra? if so, details!
are you sf? whats you sn?

yeah he is, he did the orig build from the previous owner and later i had him do some more work to get it running better and fix a rear main seal leak i inherited lol. coincidentally i traded my first supra for this rx7.
i need to hit him up again because ive got to get more fun stuff done.

i love the sound too...that is why i 2 of them haha...

i actually need to sell one so i can fund my supra project or get an r32 to enjoy while i work on my idea of the perfectly balanced mkiv build. going for a 700-800 hp street/drift set-up. kinda torn, if go with a more stockish build it would be worth a lot more because of the value/rarity of the mkiv now...idk lol

Yes, Suprajim on SF, but I probably frequent Supramania more (Suprajim54) being an MK3 owner. 92 Turbo with the rare sunroof. 3rd 7M in the car. Did an R154 swap a couple years ago. I've owned it since 2009 but spent more time repairing and refurbishing than driving it.

I have a bunch of friends with big power MKIV builds. I dont have that kind of pocketbook. I have a 99 SS im doing a turbo build on and hoping for 1k+. But the MKIV's sure are a point of lust for me. Particularly the anthracite and green cars.
