Well it started with the weight gain I experienced last year. I gained over 30 lbs within a few months and I am very active (I drive for UPS). The weight would not stop increasing so right before Thanksgiving I said screw it and started to diet. Since then I have dropped almost 50 pounds and feel 10 times better. Due to my diet I had no longer could eat pasta, bread, potato's, fruit, and what not. I put myself on the strictest plan which has helped with the weight loss. It was hard at first and I had cravings like crazy but it is not hard now. I will have to say seeing some of the food though is still hard. So that is why.

The route I usually run has anywhere from 90-130 stops with 150-200 miles. I run the country. I use to run one that was 130-170 stops but only like 60 miles.

Good for you. I'm trying to do the natural slim thing. Basically the principal is don't eat unless you're really hungry, and take at least 30 minutes to eat a single portion.

It works whenever I actually adhere to it. :anonymous:

I have tried so many different ways but this one has been the best. I am on the keto diet

    Before diet
    breakfast: shake x2
lunch: nothing (usually to hot to eat)
Dinner: A big meal (usually eat way to much)

    Now:
Breakfast: Keto meal replacement shake (reminds me of the caramel delight girl scout cookie)
Lunch: Salad with or without chicken
Dinner: a meal that falls under keto (I can eat one serving and I am stuffed)

    Weekends I usually have
Saturday: skillet breakfast that has eggs, sausage, cheese, and salsa (It is really good)
Sunday: Chicken fried chicken 3 egg omelette with cheese

    That's awesome!

I need to find the motivation to get back on a program. I was doing great until the covid hit. Then I lost all discipline. That's on me. I guess it's time to fix it.

I've always been a fan of the Walton&Johnson 2 step method.
    Step one: eat less
    Step two: move around more.

Have you tried the FODMAP diet or done any allergen testing? If you lost that much cutting mostly gluten and sugars (starches), you might have celiac.
