Make friends with landowners! We have a family friend that has 1k acres down by Jacksboro. We hunt, fish and shoot out there.

I have never fished sense I was probably 10yo. I wouldn't mind giving it another shot.

By fishing, I generally mean sitting out side near water and drinking.

Well... crap. After lining up an awesome deal on a used ARB bumper w/ fogs, I can't buy it.

I'm going to have to use my mod budget on getting the Right rear wheel bearing and rear U-joint replaced.... fan-freakin-tastic.

Yup that was me also! haha. I did go camping out there, but just as a test run with the GF so that she could find out what gear she needs... I kept it simple and low key for that trip. But we can plan a weekend trip!! The spot below was a tight fit to get into the spot but it was worth it!

Yeah..I'm not excited about it. Rear U-joint probably due to wheeling for years (it is an 09 after all) R rear wheel bearing was surprising though.

If you need a hand putting it together let me know. I can help. Don't have a lot of tools, but sometimes an extra pair of hands helps.

Thanks for the offer! I'm actually in Wichita Falls, don't imagine you want to make a 4hr round trip for that(I just stock the DFW people due to lack of other guys around here). Also, I'm just having a mechanic I know take care of it, I can't press in the bearing myself.

I'm pretty sure that is not what caused it by the way... I'm guessing being submerged a good amount of times in the last 8 years may be the cause. I tried to keep the u-joints greased enough, but water washes it away. Maybe water got in the bearing as well. I went through some pretty deep water this summer in CO.
