Any reason for the hiatus or just lack of interest? Hopefully we could get something like that going again! And thank you for the recommendations, I'll check those out. Definitely a big change with everything being privately owned (now just gotta by my own ranch for mudding bwahaha)

The hiatus is mostly due to everyone’s busy schedule and general lack of interest. The DFDub is a big area to cover, so setting up a meet that makes everyone happy was a challenge.

That said, let us know when you buy that ranch, you’ll get some new friends for sure! What part of the area are you in?

Hey everyone! Last night on my way home I found this sweet girl trying to take the on ramp for 35 near fort worth. Specifically 35 and Rosedale at that QT. I pulled over and called her and she immediately came up and rolled over to pet her belly. Let me pick her up and put her in the truck. Guy at QT said he say a lady come up and drop her off and then just drove off. I am going to take her to a vet or Petco to see if they can find a chip. She has no collar and was pretty dirty. Got her all cleaned up last night and she was so happy! Spent the night in bed with me and no issues. Gets along great with Cooper. Does have some bursts of energy! She calms down quickly and responds to a few commands. Took her for a walk this morning on a leash and has great leash manners. We will try out best not to take her to a shelter. She is very very affectionate! Walked right into the shower and did well in there getting cleaned. If anyone would be interested in taking her please let me know!!! As of now I have zero history on her and not sure on shots or anything. So I'll update as we go to the vet later today. We live in an apartment and just can't fit two dogs at the moment. I am waiting in line now getting her basic shots done. They checked for a microchip and found nothing. **** update: I just got her basic shots done so she is all caught up there. We did find out she has heartworms. The vet did not think it was severe and gave me medication. They listened to her heart and nothing worried them. He said the test was very faint positive but he wants to side with caution and get her on medication.**** She is chipped but the previous owner did not register any name. So we have no way of finding the previous owner.

Did not realize you were talking about a dog until about halfway through.

Trade you for the two stray kittens we're trying to rehome. I'd rather have four dogs than 5 cats. :anonymous::anonymous::cookiemonster:

Any luck finding a home for this pup? I have an older VERY dominant Rotti & an older passive Catahoola, I would by willing to take her if the Rot will accept her.

Thanks for reaching out. She's turned out to be a really good dog so we have decided to keep her. She's very well kennel trained and plays great with our other dog. If something drastically changes in the coming weeks I will let you know but so far she's a keeper.

Went and checked out the newest offroad facility, wi try a buddy in an old yota, over the weekend. Def moreso SXS oriented, as some of the trails were a little tight, but plenty of Jeeps were out, as well. Good times were had, bad decisions were made. :anonymous: Drove her home though, so there’s that. :D:D

    Looks like a good time.

How far did the water get? Just to the MAF sensor?

Roughly as deep as is it in photo. Stupid intake placement, right by front tire, shut her down. Pulled all the plugs, cranked her, reassembled. They ended up coming down there with a skid steer and pulled it out when i was almost done, so got to button it up on dry land.
