The main issue i have is the brightness is no where near what i need it to be. especially if I am up in my attic and working in tight spaces. Seems that i have a brighter light coming out of my phone than the headlamp i currently own. I saw that Cali Raised sells a rechargeable unit, but the units are not very promising based on the reviews. Thank you all though with your recommendations. Seems like Petzl as well as Black Diamond are the preferred headlamps for multiple uses.

Yes Petzl or Black Diamond are the "expensive name brands" but they are very nice and use quality parts. However with that said i bought a cheap foxelli off Amazon and it has 3 light levels and a red led light and it strobes if i remember corectly. I have used it a few times but have never had any problems with it. I have also used the energizer headlamps from walmart and they work great also.

I would say anything around 150 lumens or more will be plenty of light for in attics or under dish washers/tight spaces.
Petzl is big in the military crowd and for that reason!

Fiberglass cloth works well on curves instead of mat. Break up the mat and apply to areas to add strength. Work in an area with air flow or wear a respirator and long sleeves

I think I need a set of those sliders on the quicksand. Ive been trying to get my price on the OCF sliders from my vendor but its like pulling teeth apparently. And id rather support someone local.

one of the mount points is cracked completely off on the 4 inch fenders, need to either reattach it or fashion a new one.

I second the wear a respirator, fiberglass will ruin more than just your day.

Cover as much of your skin as possible. You'll itch like crazy if not.

Yup ditto. I had to wear a make-shift "respirator" from a balaclava when I was working in my attic (that helped tremendously compared to nothing). Blown fiberglass insulation sucks.
