I'll hit you up in a few weeks after he gets the rest of his shots and I get rid of his fleas. I just started training him on a leash today, he has along ways to go but he seems like he'll be a quick learner.

I'm off all day tomorrow so it is going to be a full truck cleaning/mod day, I am very excited! Going to get solar mounted, hopefully wire up OBA, and a couple other small projects knocked out.

Nice! I'm really interested in solar setups. I'm actually supposed to be researching it to figure out what kind of battery setup is gong to be need for a teardrop trailer my parents are building. No clue how much they are wanting to run/charge off it yet or how long they will need it to provide power. The time will really depend on how fast the solar panels can recharge it. This is one thing I don't like learning about.

Does anyone have the ECGS clamshell bushing removal/install tools? I'm diving into the CV next week to replace the needle bearing and wanted to see if someone local could provide any insight for the swap :)

yeah @Suprajim54 and I have the tools to pull and set. Its just been so hot right now we have waited to do it. I don't really have a place to work on the truck right now but I'd be willing to show up for a mod day somewhere to get these all done at once. I think @Suprajim54, @Naveronski, and I are the ones waiting.

Debadged the tailgate this morning in prep for installation of a single TRD emblem (the red one). Have the last remaining bit of residue to remove, just have to figure out where in this @#*()@()$T^ mess I put the brand new bottle of bug&tar remover I bought that should make it a bit less of a chore to get done.

Awesome. I'm installing a lift along with it and have time set aside Monday night/Tuesday for the install before I leave for Colorado Saturday. I don't have much of a garage space but if we can figure something out I'll bring the beer!

Just saw all these, have been outside since like 9am this morning.

Got the truck fully detailed and got to play with the new DA buffer and some chemical guys compound and polish... got rid of a bunch of scratches and such.

Pretty sure I spent about 7-8 hours just detailing the truck since I had to wash wheels and wheel wells, wash under carraige some more, then actually wash the truck, then clay bar the truck, then use the compound to get rid of scratches and such and just ended up doing the entire truck, then did it all again with the polish.... then to finish it off... did a hand application of wax...

My arm hurts, my neck hurts, and nothing else got accomplished that I wanted to do like work on the solar setup, install the rear rock lights, or vacuum the inside of the truck...

If and when I finally get around to installing my solar setup, I am planning on doing a write up of how it is mounted, wired, and so forth.
