I hear ya. I have sliders now and they're great for piece of mind

 

I was being very cautious too. But im a newb. Experience (or lack there of) got me a couple of times.

 

I'm leaning towards buying a tube bender and building my sliders (as well as front/rear bumpers). Did these a long time ago at WYOTECH

Transmission was a much bigger issue than the lean, not my problem anymore

 

Last time i went wheeling it was the morning after it rained and the ground was slick as shit! Everyone was sliding around, off the trails, almost into trees, ... That alone will make you want sliders!

 

I know but my Truck will be out of commission for 2-3 weeks starting first week of November and my land cruiser has no sliders so I will be only be able to do baby trails.

 

I lived there this summer, moving back in July/August

I lived at Post Legacy and was really, really impressed with the management. Only apartment I have ever lived at for more than a year.

 

Bahahahahahaha! Good catch. I was trying to look up a mechanics number to take my wheel locks off. I just left Discount Tire and they couldn't do it.
