Yeah, I have an All-Pro Pack Rack that is window height and I'm a big fan of it. Tandem is building one now, check their facebook.

I think @thedrewsifer has a cover with a rack, but not sure of brand. I believe Mobtown makes brackets that work with most covers.

Went by Tandem today and got CMC and alignment done in preparation for the 285's. Pablo got me squared away.

He also gave me a ride in his truck so I could feel the Toytec 2.5's he has. It took bumps like a champ. I'll certainly consider those when I upgrade suspension.

I like the and they offer it in 3 heights, top of window(16"), 3rd brake light(18") and level with the roof(20.5"). They also offer different mounting options for the sides which is nice for Rotopax, highlift, shovel/axe. They also sell it unwelded if you know a welder that could weld it up for you at a discounted price($160-300 less than one pre welded). Its not the style I want because I want mine to sit just above the bed and with a tent mounted to stay at or just below the top of the cab. I'll get used to not having a usable back window. I also plan on doing a back-up camera any time mod so if I need to see behind the truck I can just flip a switch and use the camera/radio head unit screen to see whats behind me. I will probably decide to design my own and find someone that can fab it for me. Theres some features I want to try and incorporate that nobody does with the short racks like I want.

@thedrewsifer does have the Mobtown mid rack that works with covers. The cover needs to sit on the top of the bed like the OEM cover. @Zac of all trades cover is flush with the top of the bed and it moved the side bed rails lower into the bed in order to install the cover. There is no rook between the cover and the bedside to allow mounting of any bed rack from what I saw when I looked at it at Bridgeport last week.

I think having one fab'd locally might be the best option to get exactly what you want. It may also turnout to be the most cost effective. I will either do taht or I may end up going with KB Voodoo Heavy Duty Bed Bars to keep the RTT low. I want it low for 2 reasons. 1 Aerodynamics when on the Highway. 2. Lower center of gravity when Offroad. It may not end up being much better but in my mind it sounds like a good ideal.

I am also concerned with the aerodynamics also, but if i get a roof rack also down the road, i feel like the gear on top of the rack will be the same height as the tent when its packed up.

Bring beer and a tape measure, knock yourself out. Mine is the 16" and a RTT would fit below the top of the awning/case I have mounted on the rack so it shouldn't increase the wind resistance greatly. And it allows me to roll a tire in or out something a bit taller in than the 3" bedbars you see from relentless or KB voodoo. I'm trying to source mounts I can install on the tube for shovel and fire extinguisher so that stuff is out in the open while wheeling instead of packed away.

I would think the Pack rack accessory bar would do what you want. Add small plates to take Quickfists and you'd be set.

or make somehing that attaches like the accessory bar but has more to it for the quickfists like the modular one from Allpro

Does anyone have or know someone that has a coil spacers or something that will keep my truck level with the back that has a three inch lift. I called down south today and they said my shocks must have not been reassembled correctly because no matter what I shouldn't be able to spin that top cap off, so they are asking me to send them in to get fixed but I don't want my truck to look like a drag car nor have to take the rear packs off again. So if anyone has any ideas

If you need stock shocks i have some assembled, you can find 2-3 inch leveling kits on Amazon and ebay for under 50.

i still have my stock coilovers but I need some spacers I'll check the Internet tonight for some cheap ones just worried I will get what I pay for and something might go wrong. I think it will be more than a few days because I got to send them in and they fix them in house hopefully and then ship them back. I guess I could not drive it for a week or so

Might look funny but it's ok. I drove my Cummins with an 8 inch lift and 30s on it for a little but until I got my 40s. It turned heads but I didn't care
