I got the stainless axle tubes in the mail, but haven't put the Bomber back together yet. The tubes felt kinda loose inside the aluminum axle housing, but nice and snug in the stock plastic housing. I think I might switch back to plastic to save some weight. Still waiting on the JEC servo on axle mount to ship even though the website said it was in stock.

I dunno why, but that irks me real bad, lol. I cancelled my powershift “shred the ledge” winch because it was ‘in stock’, but he said his aggreement says he had 12-14 BUSINESS days to ship. His refund was almost instant lmao.

I've also got $140 worth of knuckles and C-hubs waiting in Japan for Corona to calm down. The guy said he would refund me if I don't want to wait. I paid with PayPal, so I have 180 days to dispute, if needed.

JEC says that the site said 1-2 week lead time, but I didn't see that myself. They are waiting on material but say they hope to cut it late this week. Not much I can do. 1tenth through Shapeways is the only other metal option and they're not quick either.

I heard back from YSS in Japan and FedEx shipping for the hubs and knuckles would be $160.00! I told them to keep waiting for mail service to resume for the $20 in shipping I already paid.

Still no word on my TRX servo mount, but I was able to get the 3d printed mount to sit parallel to the axle. The little "wing" would pull backwards as I tightened the screw down into the shock mount and the servo sat crooked. All good now, so just need to pull the Protek off the Bomber.

Gearkeeper installed and rewired the power connection and tested the servo winch.

Body has been trimmed so it shouldn't cut the tires anymore. I glued velcro in the bed to attach the Trasharoo and added some magnets to it so it's easy to open and close. I have a kinetic cord stretched across and tied to the sliders, so I can have something to quickly secure the winch hook to while driving. It also has a loop ring on the end so it can be used to pull or anchor from the rear.

Putting the Bomber back together, I discovered the steering link was bent on one end. Luckily I have a spare.
