Last time we got to set up a course there we had a similar issue with those logs. Driving through wet fine sandy dirt right before driving on the wet logs killed me. I gave up and took the DNF with 5 or 6 minutes remaining. By the end of the day it dried up. The first 8 or 9 people didn't make it, but the final 5 did. There were a few other spots where I failed miserably due to not seeing anyone else run before me. It is what it is. On a side note, I think the new Ottsix foams performed pretty good and better than the tired old CI foams. Canyon Trails seem to be having a harder time clearing mud and dirt though. Maybe I should try snipping the lugs?

I have the little triangle piece of lug removed on all the center tread, on mine.

I'll try it out. I was looking to replace the tires soon so not a big deal if I mess them up.

4.19” landmines I won arrived today. New choodoo tires (left), landmines (center), choodoo’s I’ve been running (right). Significantly wider. Going to pull stock foams and throw the Voodoo Webhalos in.

Relocated winch. V2 is much better than the original design. :woot:

Dredge chassis is all setup on 4WS truck. Need an OD front diff gear setup as oppose to stock gearing.

just a couple of things tbh
Forgot I was gonna post a pic of a few of my rc trucks I’ve got 3 traxxas slash else where in all states of broken and not working lol

    but top from bottom
-Scx10(was the honcho) custom body that’s been dove nosed and bobbed. Loads of upgrades after it sat for years with water and sand in it so full rebuild still needs new electronics
-Scx10 II (was the xj kit) besides electronics it’s basically stock needs new shocks badly
-Twin hammers (impulse purchase) it’s been ram a couple times has had a few upgrades but mainly sits
-Traxxas 4tec (was brushed model) has a brushless setup from a slash after I broke the slash it’s setup to go over 70mph but the battery died and never tried again
-Ecx buggy (was a stadium truck thing) was a friends rc we were rebuilding before he passed now I have held onto it
-Slash 2wd (not seen) was a brushed model for my friends daughter to mess with but now in pieces because of a crash
-Slash 2wd brushless(not seen) it’s a buggy that sits low and is designed for speed but after blowing the 3rd transmission it sits
-slash 4x4(not seen) crashed at high speed on a beach by hitting a small stump destroying the front end so it sits

welp that’s all my rcs I have I would like to get back into the crawlers but with no one local I don’t have much of a way to do that.

It looks like there's a Kansas City crawler group on Facebook. How far are you from Disney, OK? Went there several weeks ago and the crawling opportunities were endless.

You can also follow Skinny Pedal Racing on FB if you’re in KC. Solid group of guys! I believe their last race (rock bouncing) was at Swope Bike Trails, not sure if that’s close or not.
