I went with the 2200’s like someone on here advised. I also got two 5200’s for my boys stampede’s, and I can use them if not too concerned about COG.

Yes, its a #5 Treble Hook. A 5 pack is cheaper than the different pull pals and stuff that are sold online and they work really well. No big deal if i lose one. I've got one on both the servo winch and the retractor winch.

Who’s got some springs for the SCX10 they’re not using? The ones I have are way to stiff...

I really like my Traxxas Canyon Trail tires. Ive had Pitbull Rock Beasts in the past, and they perform pretty well, but the sidewalls ripped too easily and theyre pretty expensive. Zac liked his Duratrax Showdowns. BFG Krawlers get a lot of good reviews as well as Super Swampers. Some tires come with foams, but most of us run aftermarket Crawler Innovations foams. They have multiple styles, sizes and firmness ratings. I run the 4.75 Lil Novas medium in the front and firm in the rear.

i think i have some factory Element Enduro springs laying around but i dont know if theyll fit or are any softer

+1 on traxxas canyon trails, they are a good medium size at 4.65 inches, good price, and good durability. Im currently running BFG Krawlers, they are fantastic but are brittle, rip/puncture way too easily in predator compound.

$200 and runs on AAA batteries. I’m out lol. The T4R body is way tighter than the Suzuki, other option, for sure. Wonder if lexan or hardbody.

It says it's an injection molded body and all the mirrors and stuff are made from flexible material

I see that, but I didn’t know if that meant it can only be done from lexan or plastic. How are these 1:20 model bodies made?

I keep seeing posts about the battery type, the entire mini z line is AA operated and its a hugely successful platform with ages of support and parts. Also, AA batteries can be rechargeable like any other. I dont have an issue with the car, i think its a great release by a premium company.

Theres people also complaining about the price. They spend 120 on an scx 24, another 30-50 on a new charger, 100 on brass, 20 on a hardbody and complain about a ready to go, reputable brand 230 car, i dont get it.

Kyoshos premium? Other than your nitro, never hear/see anyone running kyosho track or crawling. Never had one, so wouldn’t know. Won’t be buying one first, hows that. Lol

just for bashing id look at the arrma typhon 3,4,6s models. Also check out the team associated DB8 or losi rock rey.

if you want durable fast bashing rig that will handle the bug boy crashes check out the traxxas maxx

    4wd for sure
