That’s what I’m preparing for. Got this Bat-flu money to burn! Now if I can just get Bill at LoneStar to email me back with the prices for the parts I need....

Uh oh, I hope that wasn't me driving up the price on you. I bid on one the other day that started at $150, but once the price went to $300, I gave up. Got this one off FB with the extra tires for $325. Had a HW Brushless setup, Flysky receiver and a dead Airtronics servo.
    20200417_173740.jpg
All the electronics have been replaced now and Mamba is setup with Aux wire to control drag brake. I can change it on the remote and it'll go from Rock Racer mode to Crawler Mode when I change drag brake over 30%. Pretty cool feature. I've got several other parts coming in next week and I'll ditch the stock look soon.

Welp, I won my Bomber auction. I'm no @Suprajim54 but I've already got some parts ordered and mods planned. Also have a bunch of parts coming for the crawler too. This will give me plenty to do when I get laid off…

It has one. I met Jim yesterday to get that motor/esc from him. He was telling me his was all over the place with out one. Only thing I haven't bought yet and def need to upgrade is the rear trailing arms. They're still the plastic ones.

What size battery pack are y'all running in yours? 3s of course. This one is coming with a 3s 4100mah 35c pack. I'm thinking something of a similar size will be good for longer run times.

Haha, sorry I drove up the price.
    Screenshot_20200420-112603_eBay.jpg

I have a 5200mah 2S and a couple 2200mah 3S. Speed on the bomber was good and controllable on 2S and it really rips on 3S. Crawler only runs the 3S.

Lol... yeah. I figure it’s still a solid deal. I’m thinking I’ll order a couple more 3s packs and that’ll get me sorted for a while.

It was a solid deal, but i figured the price was gonna go much higher when it hit $300 with a few days left. I'm happy with what I got for $300 and selling the esc/motor helped out too. Glad we were both able to find a Bomber. I'm working from home today and just waiting on the mailman to arrive with 5 packages.
