There's some pictures and videos on Facebook and the course looks better than the day I visited. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to link to the FB video. I think the big tall dude from the HT Dallas store is the one who sets it up. Rally looks pretty fun though

I think I've narrowed it down to the TT-02. I might go with the MK4 Supra Kit so i have a spare body to practice on. I'll spray the same colors and everything in case i want to change anything before moving to the MK3 body. Like you said, don't wanna mess up

sweet, then ull have a show body and a bashin body if u wanna do some high speed runs.

Have you thought about getting the XV-01? the body will sit a little taller but its a rally capable chassis and can use it in coppell

No I hadn't looked at that one. I saw where people have done drift, touring and rally builds with the TT02, so though it might be a good compromise for me.

Went into hobbytown last night for some screws and Adam (employee) recommended checking out the rally racing y’all were talking about. Said they usually start early cuz most of them have to work, so should work out to go peep it then head to the meetup. Game?

She’s coming along. Need to get the grill from @Zac of all trades and figure out how to mount the rear bumper. I will say, this thing is BIG. If 1/8 scale crawlers is a thing, that’s what I think it’s become lol.

Pit bull rock beasts 2. They’re def wider than the faulkens and a little taller I think. The wheels they came on have a smaller offset so they don’t stick out as far either.

Racing at Shaw’s Rc Track in Ardmore. Track is a lot more loose, but a really nice track. 130 entries. Got my ass rolled Q1. FML. Why did I register under “expert”...?

Yeah, never been out there before. Was def cool being at an outdoor track. I just wanted to race with the rest of BYS and that’s where they registered. Ashley was actually in second or third during the main for about half the race until his battery straps broke. Mike finished 4th or 5th I think in short course, but got first in Truggy.

Stopped by the rally track yesterday. It was much more set up than last time I went by there. I'm still planning on checking out the race before the TW Meet on Sunday.
