I would say that's unreasonble, most dealership's techs are under enough scrutiny as is, them taking a photo of the process would not only waste more time but the customer most likely would just question them even more about things they don't understand. If your that worried about it just do it yourself. I know it's a cliche answer, but it's true to the core. Him taking pictures isn't going to make you understand any better than doing it yourself. Price seems fair to me for a trans flush.

    Hi Karl,

I just left a message with the service writer you recommended. I have a 2018 Tacoma SR, Double Cab, V6, 4x4 and just received my King RR/Adjuster coilovers. Can you guys install, adjust "lean", and align for me? Send me a PM if you like.

So far for warranty work Toyota of Plano has done well. I'm not against going back but if I have more warranty work to get done I think I will be giving Toyota of Rockwall a call because of the recommendations i've heard over the last few months.
I'm in the same boat. I will never give the Mckinney Steralership my business and regret buying from them. Their service is horrid and after 3 bad experiences and lying to me they will never see me again.
If you didnt get the answer its Toyota of Rockwall

I just moved here from Cali and read this thread to get as I needed to get my alignment done, oil change, and tire rotation. Minor in retrospect but took it to Tandem in FW/Arlington and they were great and quick.

I was going to use them for an alignment but a 45 minute drive to pay $120 seemed too high for me. Plus I called and left a message about 10 days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I paid $80 locally and the tech did exactly what I wanted. My buddy that lives in Arlington will probably use them in the future, though.

they're about to move locations to a new one in Haltom City with double the sq ft. i'll be one of the first customers there on March 5 getting my Bud Built trac bar installed, weld-on. looking forward. by the way, they can be a bit understaffed at the front, so call until you reach him. He's great on the phone and will take all the time needed with good communication.

I bought my truck at Toyota of Irving, they convinced me to come in and look at the black sr5 4x4 that I now am making payments on. I wanted a inferno one in the same spec I got the black beast. But there was only 1 in gulf states region. They assured me that I would not leave due to price, they called it. I ended up buying it, using the pricing chart here I ended up getting it under msrp and with no options included in the price. I have gone to them for a year and a half on my free service, they have taken care of me. I have the tire protection, they have changed two tires. One time they had to order the tire in. Apparently they do not patch tires anymore and just do full on replacement. I am not sure if this is a toyota practice, or just this dealership.

Got a high school buddy who just took over his dad's shop in Hurst. His dad had the shop for 37 years I want to say. It's called Hurst import cars. My friends name is Ben. I do my own service work but if run across something I can't do in a weekend in my driveway I'll be going to him.

I can now highly recommend Freeman Toyota in Hurst after having my truck in for service. Hoza Scott was my advisor and he was great. My issue was fixed under warranty and was given a 2017 TRD 4x4 Offroad as a loaner for 2 days at no charge. The whole process was painless and enjoyable.
