The floor is gona get hot in those areas especially idling, you have a hot engine, transmission, and exhaust system under there.
I see no evidence of excessive heat on the exhaust system, you would see discoloration if a converter was getting too hot.

It getting wet is another story, you have to have a water leak somewhere.

I really appreciate the input. I'll take a step back and start at the basics in the morning.
Windshield is a few yrs old and was resealed in December of 2023 it was pressure tested. I had it resealed due to wind noise and condensation at base of windshield.
I just tried to get Trans temp on my
ScanGauge II but none of the 4 possible programs for the pre 2010 models worked.
Could just need more time for them to read so I saved all 4 to check on tomorrow.

It's entirely possible that I'm chasing my tail.
It's my experience that it'll be something simple that was likely overlooked and will make me feel silly once found. I'll report back when that day comes.
Thanks for all of the input.

    Alrighty an update:

Toyota dealerships are absolutely not qualified to check the tire pressure in my bicycle. I brought the truck in 30 minutes early thoroughly went over it with the young lady that checked me in I had already removed all of my plastic trim pieces so that way I could fold the carpet up on the driver and passenger side to make diagnosing incredibly easy for them.
I then went out to the front because like I said I was 30 minutes early and I test drove a 2024 TRD Tacoma. Actually a lot nicer than I anticipated.
When I went back to check on my truck after my test drive they told me they were finished and that it was the body seam and they will not fix it because they're not capable. I then told him I would not pay the $150 service charge and she agreed to half price. I paid and I left. When I got home I had lunch waited an hour or so and decide to go outside and put on my trim pieces, as soon as I touch my floor my rug was as wet as it has ever been to the point of splashing. To say I was livid is an understatement.

After 2 days and about nine phone calls I was able to speak to the CEO and we went over the incompetency of the entire location and how no one would take the credit for flooding my floor and sending me home without drying it up. I have WeatherTech floor mats so no I did not know the carpet was wet until I attempted to put the trim on. Yes I probably should have checked but that's besides the point. So it took me another two days to dry my floors again. And by that time I had to return to work out of state and that's where I've been for the last two weeks.

Oh and I did order the borescope It was supposed to be in the day before I left to come to work however that's not what happened. It did arrive the day after I left so I had my girlfriend test it out and it does not work. The screen will not even turn on. So I had her send it back and another one should arrive tomorrow at the house. However because of the inclement weather in Texas and Louisiana at this time I decided that I needed to do something because it's predicted to rain for the next week while I'm home. In my mind I devised the plan to utilize some type of funnel and a hose and mold it to the cow drain to eliminate water touching any of the body panels. Well that's easier said than done, because I'm having a really hard time getting a funnel or some way to funnel water into the hose. However that absolutely will work I've proven it I just can't mount it. So change of plans I decide to rig up my cell phone so I can maybe see where the water is coming from. I did locate two seam cracks on the inside of the truck and I managed to use some seam sealer and my fingertips to resolve that. I'm not satisfied with this fix but it will work for now.

Driver's side, this one goes pretty high up and was a bitch.

Passenger side, that's the entirety of the crack. Easy enough.

After sealing both of these I ran 8 oz on each side of the cowl then an additional gallon per side to verify it worked.

I'd still like to mold something that eliminated water from draining freely inside that fender. I don't see why the dealership doesn't do that and run the hose directly to the bottom just like they do with the AC drain. That would alleviate all of these issues.
