Yeah, mine won't turn with the key half way like that. But definitely good to be aware of. Thanks.

Looks good! Still waiting for mine to arrive. Do you have the HD or SE version?

I have an HD version, but the SE should be fine. The rack in this configuration is about 160 lbs or so.

Added a TRD sports bar and a roof rack with a 32 inch LED bar light.

Did you bolt that chase rack onto the cover as a permanent thing?

nope, its removeable. My target has always been to mount stuff in such a way that its removeable - in one of the pic you can see the length of Unistrut that is holding the rack. A bolt on each side and its easily to mount ON & OFF.

Nice, that works well. My mentality is more of, bolt that shit on so it doesn't move, but make sure it all functions right. Hence my short bed bedrack on a long bed, lol.

Back from powder coating... This thing has proven to be really, really versatile as far as carrying materials...

I could certainly make some more side plates and folks could then buy their own 80/20, hardware, etc... But I think a complete kit would get expensive due to shipping...

I’m not setup to do production work. It would prolly cost $300 just for the side plates in raw aluminum.

I’m probably got close to $700 in mine with powder coating.

Should market it to Diamondback and receive a royalty. No work for you but $ will still roll in

I used @xkyo23's truck as an example and installed my iKamper Mini using the 54” Yakima tracks, #1 Landing Pads, Sky Towers, HD SL adapters, and 60” HD bars.

The 60” HD bars fit flush, but are completely maxed out. I got lucky and they fit, but if I would have spaced my rails another 1/8” apart it wouldn’t have worked and I would have been screwed. I would recommend either getting the longer ones or being extremely careful when measuring/mounting the tracks.

Also the diameter of the HD bars is almost too big for the iKamper Mounting Brackets 2.0 to get around, I had to take the rubber strip out of the top of the bars to get them to fit and even then it was a battle. Has anyone else had issues with the HD bars?

The 54” Yakima rails ended up being the perfect size for my short bed Diamond Back 270. I cut them with 5 holes on each and left about a 1/8 past the the last hole and they fit perfectly when you add the end caps.
