I wonder if there would be enough interest for a group buy

My Diamondback has been free of leaky spots or drips so far.

The design is inherently more sealed than a typical tri-fold or roll-up cover.

When we travel, our big greyhound always goes along. He takes up most of the backseat, so our luggage goes under the cover.

The wife loves to shop and all the treasures go back there as well. No worries about theft or weather.

Awesome, thank you for the reply. I figured that was the case with such a thick piece of weatherstripping. Nice to hear that it's true. I'm seriously considering this instead of a canopy - think it would look excellent on my white truck.

I had the HD and trust me it can take the weight. Seals as well as your install will allow. Basic bulb type seal so if it leaks it is you that screwed up and didn't fit it properly.

I have had dirt bikes, a patio set, skids of just about everything on top - it really does a great job. IT IS SECURE! To break in you have to crowbar the top and try to bend the lock bars. Can you get in? Yes but it is going to take some time and some noise.

After initial install I could install or remove the whole thing by MYSELF in ten minutes. Try that with a full cap or get this kind of security from your tonneau.

Auto Anything is pretty good at giving discounts if you ask while chatting. I saved some money doing so at the advice of another member on here when I bought my extang tonneau.

Nice...I'll try to contact a few vendors as well as diamondback to see if they would consider a TW

Perhaps @zachgara4 would have some insight on group buys through Autocustoms or Tonneaucoverworld.com?

Lift, wheels, tires, floor liners, tonneau cover, and bed rug.

I can certainly get something set up. I'd need confirmations on who would be in. Obviously, the more that join the better I can work my sales department for pricing.

That would be great! I'd definitely be in for one. I wonder if we can start a group buy thread just to gauge interest?

If you want to start it I will get moving on my end. I have to run the numbers by my sales manager and I can certainly get you the best price out there.

Could we possibly set up a typical group buy deal where the discount is based off of the number of participants? We could do a required minimum of committed members before any discount would apply.

I'm open to that. The tricky part is this item is going to ship freight and we cover this cost on our end but it's not cheap so certain other products we probably have larger margins in but I can certainly help with a discount for sure. Also even if there is only a single participant I can still help if we don't meet the minimum it obviously just wouldn't be as much.

Awesome. Do you want to see what type of discount would apply for a given number of units sold through the group buy? I'll put the thread together once we have some idea of discount and the ordering process

Will do. I will get with my sales manager tomorrow and get you a break down on what we can do for everyone.
