Dude, I know you are just giving me standard issue TW shit. Your are like the Dr. House of TW.

But I honestly value your well-articulated and engineering/mechanically based first-hand experience. It can't be beat, and I am listening. I aksed you, after all, didn't I? I have read your similar description regarding digressive/progressive there and a few other places, but this is perhaps the best yet. I've been examining diagrams and description of flutter shims and all that shit. I'm into that sort of thing, but I have virtually zero time to dive in since I got the new truck. Too many other obligations, too little time. And I appreciate that you are not blowing me off and continuing to have an informative discussion, which frankly is mostly impossible in most threads here.

It is also extremely frustrating to weed through other people's opinion of ride without being able to experience it firsthand. I've not had that opportunity. And other's opinion's are often rife with ignorance or consideration of many other contributing factors, such as simple tire pressure or sidewall rating, loaded or unloaded trucks, or objectivity about how individuals use their trucks.

Bottom line, I am examining all options before a drop down a measly $2-3k to make sure I cam getting the most out of it. The DSM guys were steering me away from King Tundra options I was exploring and you and I were discussing. If I end up requesting a custom King rear shock setup, I want to have my ducks in a row before I do that.

Thanks for your duck-alignment expertise.

    ...too much shit to list.
    You're welcome Dick.

Unsolicited advise...if I built a second gen, this is what I would do:
    1) Build a stock length shackle, but with a traditional bushing/sleeve instead of a loaded bushing (similar to the old Defined Engineering shackle)
    2) Pick your favorite leaf pack
    3) Cycle suspension or string method to determine full bump and droop and purchase appropriate shock length that will pair with shackle/spring pack.
    4) Shocks will be traditional eyelet top and bottom and likely be a 2.0 x 12" double bypass with tubes and resi clocked 180* apart from each other
    5) Build shock hoop outside the frame rail
    6) Bolt on/weld on bumps shortened to 1.5-2" and charged to 75 psi.

You two are some of my favorite assholes on this site.
You start playing nice and I'll disown both of you.

And if you give a crap I'll be really disappointed.

You get what you pay for. I don't care how much extra compared to others I'd pay for their products, it's more than worth it. Plus I will always support good friends. Been close friends with them for about 5yrs now.

Connor's a Banker Wanker. He can pay for this off his commissions on our mortgages.

But Pelfrey has some sweet stuff. I've been comparing some CBI and Relentless and Pelfrey rear bumpers.

    Repeauxst en route...

Horst deftly pulled out before she went over the brink, teasing her in his viciously delightful way that kept her coming back fortnightly to this damp, dark corner of the U-boat pen, with its mildewed tarpaulins, old paint buckets, and gritty, naughty, dirty forbiddeness that the sisters back at the nunnery knew nothing of...or did they? She groaned softly and kneaded her own breast as the dim, naked lightbulb caught the drop of sweat gathering on Horst's third nipple...

Or Oz could probably make you a bitchin bumper that doubles as a planter so you'd fit in with all the other hippies in CA
