I could be wrong, but I have it written in my original notes taken when I was lifting my PreRunner that 0.75" Bora spacers would be needed to have the rear match the fronts.

@DCSBFTMFW explained it well. However, if the wheels are left staggard, no harm is done nor ill effects felt. Spacers are purely for aesthetics.

Well, yes, but that's not what was being referred to in this case. To your point, wheels with a backspacing of 4.5 or greater is needed to clear the spindle. I am pretty certain this is regardless of either 16" or 17" wheel.

    Nailed it.

Which is great because my 16x8s are 4.5 BS. So no wheels needed.

If I did, this wouldn't be a thing.

Also, I thought you were having custom Kings done for the rear? @scocar

Something about giving Micah a pile of money and telling him your needs.

Yes. Yes, that's it. There is no off-the-shelf King that allows the Dakar to droop fully, at least as fully as the B-110. I was basing my desired droop goal off of Crom's setup, which is what I'll need at a minimum for my loads (and worked great for the 1st gen). Without a locker, I need every single fraction of an inch of rear droop. Jason and I were PMing about numbers and setups, and we both came to pretty much the same conclusion. Custom order to make it happen. Or 12s and shock relocates. But, hey, that's custom too, and because I don't/can't weld, adds another layer of complexity for a DD. Derpa derpa derpa.

I think @Gply just did relocates a la Bentrodder and upgrades his old crappy setup to 12" Kings.

Yes, yes he did. If I had a randy Greek welder in my backyard, I just might. I've seriously been thinking I might tell my dad I need to take care of his spare Accord for a few weeks while I beat my truck into shape.

Still in development. I posed the scenario to wifykins, and she did, indeed, perk up when I mentioned early lunch at Lagunitas tap room on Saturday. So that could fucking happen. Like, when they open, 11:30 lunch...dood. Wink wink, nudge nudge.

I actually swapped out kings for kings. I think the ride was a little better with the standard length 2.5 vs 2" smoothies. Still haven't had a chance to flex it out yet. Gonna taking to the shop at work this week and put a forklift under it.

Blarg. Yeah, they have special hours that weekend. Our nap time is generally 12:30ish to 2-ish or so, hence trying to time to with the drive home.

By confirm that right now...you mean...what.
